It was a bittersweet race, but I hope my memories from today age like a fine wine. I want to look back fondly on what happened in Des Moines.

My fifth consecutive time racing here! The 2024 edition was going to plan...at least until I went tumbling off my bike onto the pavement at the first aid station. 🫠

I kicked off my 2024 race season in Utah. It was my first time getting to experience (and climb!) famous Snow Canyon.

Unexpected drama with getting my bike out to California and catching a cold during race week didn't stand in the way of a new 70.3 PR to wrap up the 2023 season!

Lahti, Finland was the site of my first time racing at a world championship event. It was one of the most memorable (and rainy!) days of my life.
